Kitchen cabinetry installation is finish carpentry where every imperfection is on display every single day. Doors that aren't flush, drawer fronts that don't align, or cabinet boxes that aren't perfectly plumb will be noticed every time you walk into the kitchen. Grand Trim installs kitchen cabinetry with the precision the work demands — level runs, tight seams between boxes, properly shimmed bases, and hardware set with consistency across every door and drawer.
We work with cabinetry from leading manufacturers including Forevermark Cabinetry and Fabuwood, and we can coordinate with your cabinet supplier directly to ensure the installation is planned around the specific product you've selected. Our scope covers base cabinets, wall cabinets, tall pantry and utility cabinets, kitchen islands, and specialty corner configurations. Toe kick installation, crown molding at the ceiling line, light rail, filler strips, and end panels are all part of the installation — the details that take a cabinet run from functional to finished.
The installation process starts with an accurate layout of the space and a check on floor level and wall plumb conditions. Base cabinets are shimmed level regardless of what the floor is doing. Wall cabinets are secured into studs at the correct height and spacing, then aligned front-to-front across the run. Doors and drawer fronts are adjusted to sit flush and consistent with uniform gaps. Hardware is installed with a jig for exact, repeatable placement across every piece. Material transitions at countertop returns, appliance openings, and window or doorway trim are handled cleanly as part of the scope.

Floor level and wall plumb conditions are assessed across the full installation area. The cabinet layout is confirmed against the room dimensions before any boxes are set.
Base cabinets are set in sequence and shimmed level across the run, independent of floor variation. Front-to-front alignment is established before any cabinets are fastened permanently.
Wall cabinets are secured into studs at the specified height and aligned front-to-front across the run. Spacing between upper and lower cabinets is confirmed before fastening.
All doors and drawer fronts are adjusted for consistent gap lines and flush faces. Hardware is installed with a positioning jig for exact, repeatable placement on every piece.
Crown molding, light rail, toe kick, filler strips, and end panels are installed to complete the cabinet run. A final walkthrough confirms all adjustments before the job is closed out.

Crown molding is one of the fastest ways to change how a room feels — but only when the corners are right and the profiles are proportional. Grand Trim installs it the way it's meant to look.

Wall paneling transforms a flat wall into architectural detail. Grand Trim installs board and batten, shaker panels, raised panels, and wainscoting with clean lines and precise layout throughout.

We design closets around the way you actually live. Every shelf, drawer, and hanging rod is placed intentionally — built to fit your space exactly, not adjusted from a stock kit.

Baseboard and shoe moulding are the finishing details that make a room feel complete. Grand Trim installs them with flush fits and clean corners — no gaps, no caulk-heavy coverups.
